Single session therapy is a collaborative experience in which you and your therapist work together on strategies for change in relation to your key concerns and goals. As a stand-alone individual session, it can be responsive and timely at the point in time of actual need.
Single session therapy can be used for a wide range of issue. It can help individuals to:
· Improve their relationships, and cope with life changes, family and parenting issues.
· Find ways to manage emotions, including through separation, divorce, grief and loss.
· Manage issues at work.
· Manage mental health issues.
· Offer advice and direction on what other services are available to best support you.
When you book a SST appointment you will be sent a working agreement which includes a form for completion and return to me in advance of our appointment.
